Subble tracks what each user does in every app: when they log in, which paid features they use, and what their licence costs. With that data, we can tell you when someone can move to a cheaper tier without disrupting their work. Flexera One SaaS Management reports activity and last login, so it can't provide that kind of insight across your apps.
Your whole SaaS estate, including AI
Flexera One SaaS Management goes deep on Microsoft 365 and little else. Subble applies the same analysis to everything you pay for: Adobe, Atlassian, Salesforce, Zoom, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. One view of every licence, not just the Microsoft ones.
Lightweight and not invasive

Subble can run alongside Flexera's core ITAM modules, and it's a common setup. We wouldn't recommend running Flexera's SaaS management modules alongside Subble.
Flexera One SaaS Management goes reasonably deep on Microsoft 365, but not much beyond it. Subble goes deeper still on Microsoft, and applies the same depth to every tool you pay for: how often each person logs in, which paid features they use, and alerts for downgradeable, redundant, duplicate and suspended employee licences.
