60 people, 120 Asana licences
Each of these employees had an Asana account under their old email address and another under their current address. Both accounts had the same Enterprise licence assigned. Subble matched the two accounts to the same employee, identifying 60 duplicate licences.
The 60 extra licences cost about $19,800 a year.
The duplicates extended beyond Asana
One employee had four Salesforce accounts, with three extra licences costing about $8,800 a year. In Miro, eight people had 18 accounts between them, each with a paid Full licence. The ten extra licences cost about $3,400 a year.
Adobe accounts across several consoles
Some employees appeared in separate Adobe consoles under the same email address. One had accounts on both the company and agency domains. Shared accounts used by field crews had also been duplicated under the new domain. The extra Adobe licences cost about $5,600 a year.

How Subble finds duplicate licences
Subble links software accounts to employee records, so IT can see when several accounts belong to the same person. It flags extra paid licences for the same plan within a connected workspace. IT could see which accounts belonged to the same employee and the cost of the extra licences, giving the team the information it needed to remove the duplicates.
