Renew for the licences you need
Build a renewal plan from your contract's values and today's licence usage, with recommended quantities for each SKU.
Assigned licences can overstate what you need
At renewal, people usually base licence quantities on how many are assigned right now, including licences assigned to people who've left, stopped using the product or never logged in.
A renewal plan inside your agreement
With Subble, you can build a renewal plan using the contract's values alongside actual licence usage data to ensure you're only renewing for what you actually need. While the contract's still running, the Renewal plan tab recommends quantities for each SKU, subtracting licences with alerts from those assigned. Expand a SKU to see the calculation, with the last year of usage alongside for context.
