Backend Engineer (Rails)

Subble helps companies save money on their software licences by finding unused and over-provisioned seats. We're looking for a backend engineer to help us evolve our Rails backend and integrations system.

What you'll work on

• Integrating third-party APIs
• Adding new backend functionality
• Evolving our Postgres database schema

Tech stack

Rails, React, Postgres, AWS

Who you are

• Passionate about software development
• Experienced with Rails and ActiveRecord
• Strong SQL knowledge, able to write and read complex queries
• Able to collaborate with some timezone overlap with Melbourne (AEST) (ideally within 4 hours)
• Strong at written and verbal communication in English
